<Robert A. Boley - President and Co-Founder

Mr. Boley, an entrepreneur, purchased a wheel restoration and repair business and grew it 20% in his first six months of ownership and 54% in the subsequent year. He expects the company, Wheel Medic, Inc., to grow another 25% this year.  Mr. Boley is a degreed Electronics Engineer and has over 37 years of manufacturing experience.  He has held various engineering positions from design to quality engineering and has served in many management positions including Vice President and Division Manager of an innovative laser metrology company.  Mr. Boley has been granted two patents over his career.

Brian V. Boley - VP Sales and Marketing and Co-Founder

Mr. Boley has extensive experience as an entrepreneur building sales and running organizations.  He has been involved in two different startup ventures, driving sales to upwards of $2MM within the first full fiscal year for each operation.  He has over 15 years of experience as the General Manager for automotive operations for three large aftermarket wheel manufacturers/distributors, where he was responsible for all aspects of business including sales, marketing, inventory and daily accounting.  Mr. Boley is considered an expert on PVD coatings to the automotive industry.

Kevin D. Richards - Partner

Mr. Richards served as a Senior Executive with Commercial Vehicle Group, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of suspension seat systems, cab structures and components for the global commercial vehicle market, including the heavy-duty truck market.  He is diverse in functional and management experience with over 20 years in automotive and heavy duty trucking.  Accomplished in Operations Management, he has a strong focus in Engineering Management, Total Quality Management, Global Purchasing and Manufacturing Operations, including Lean Manufacturing, New Products and Technologies, and Strategic Growth Analysis.  Prior to Commercial Vehicle Group, Mr. Richards was Vice President of Quality & Engineering at Bliss Technologies, Inc. and from 1989 to 1997, he held various management positions in engineering, quality and operations while with Arvin Industries.

Jamie Pilla - Partner

Jamie Pilla Cleveland businessman and entrepreneur has 20 plus years building automotive related companies in the Cleveland area.

Peter L. Mooney is the CEO of Source Capital LLC, the Source Companies, Inc. affiliate located in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Mooney has had more than 10 years of experience specializing in representing high net worth business owners on matters related to business succession and transfer planning, estate planning, cash management, executive incentive compensation, and employee benefits. 

Prior to affiliating with Source, Mr. Mooney was a financial adviser with Equitable/AXA from 1993 to 2001. Prior to 1993, Mr. Mooney was an accountant with Grant Thornton in Cleveland and a small business owner.

Mr. Mooney is a member of International Advisors Network, a global association of advisors to high network clients, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Financial Planning Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the National Association of Life Underwriters, and the Estate Planning Council

Phil Stern – Chief Executive Officer, Founder of yet2.com

Phil Stern co-founded yet2.com in 1999, bringing substantial financial, strategic, leadership and management experience to the company. While his primary responsibilities include operating leadership for the company, he continues to work directly on client service delivery particularly in the areas of business strategy and technology valuation. He frequently assists clients in benchmarking their IP practices, speaking internationally on the topic of excellence in technology transfer. Prior to yet2.com, Mr. Stern worked 13 years in general management and strategy consulting. He has substantial expertise in developing and implementing breakthrough strategic plans, having served clients for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, aerospace, oilfield services, networking, and financial services. During this time, Mr. Stern also developed an expertise in valuations of businesses and assets as well as a detailed understanding of financial planning processes. As the Division Vice President managing the Professional and Technical Imaging business for Polaroid Corporation, Mr. Stern led product development efforts, implemented new market introduction plans, and spearheaded acquisitions.
